PetHub Tools — Effective date: April 23, 2026. Please read these terms carefully. They govern your access to and use of our website and services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and PetHub Tools (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the website located at https://pethubtools.com (the “Site”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may modify these Terms at any time; the “Effective date” at the top will be updated. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
2. Description of the services
The Site offers educational pet-care calculators, articles, tools, and related content. Some features may require an account. We may add, change, or discontinue features without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and in any event at least 13 years old in the United States) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Not veterinary, medical, or professional advice
Important: All content and tools on the Site are for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute veterinary, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Results from calculators or AI-assisted features are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always consult a licensed veterinarian or qualified professional for diagnosis, treatment, or decisions about your pet’s health. Reliance on the Site is solely at your own risk.
5. User accounts and conduct
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) use automated means to scrape or overload the Site without permission; (e) upload malware or harmful code; or (f) use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or for any reason with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PetHub Tools, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE SERVICES) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PetHub Tools and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of the Site is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. You agree that courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of local law.
12. General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services (subject to additional terms for specific products if we publish them).
